Bandido's prepares authentic Mexican recipes fresh daily. We cut many of our own vegetables, make salsa daily, use fresh never-frozen ground beef, and use high quality sirloin steak for our fajitas while our competitors opt for a cheaper, tougher skirt steak. We are committed to providing our customers not only with a higher quality product than our competitors, but also a fresher one.
